I have worked as a freelance artist / designer for the past 35 years. I attended the Vancouver School of Art before starting my own illustration studio in White Rock, BC. in 1980. For the past 20 years I have lived and worked out of the Okanagan city of Penticton, recently moving in 2015 to the nearby town of Oliver.
I enjoy creating large and small-scale public art works. I have painted over two dozen murals in BC, Alberta and Ontario in recent years. I complete on average, two public art projects per year. My Fine Art work is a relatively recent pursuit which I plan to give more attention to in the coming years. My experience as a commercial artist should serve me well as I explore these new horizons.
My hobbies and interests include Architecture, history of all kinds, travel, cycling, kayaking, photography and helping to promote alternative and sustainable solutions for the future success of our planet and its inhabitants.
